OCEANIA’S FASTEST WOMAN
New Zealand sprinter, Zoe Hobbs, became the first woman in Oceania to run the 100m in a sub-11 seconds. Creating history at the Sydney track classic by running 10.97 before continuing to dip under that 11-second barrier with a time of 10.96 time.
Zoe is set to debut at the Paris Olympic Games, the first Kiwi female to do so since the 1970’s.
